Eric brings more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of law, optometry, managed care and practice operations.
He served as Chief Legal Officer of a national group of 290 optometry practices and has supported more than 100 transactions and more than 600 optometrists. Earlier, Eric spent more than nine years at Essilor in progressively senior leadership roles, with substantial experience involving managed care, laboratories, commercial contracting and the broader eye-care ecosystem.
His legal practice includes corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and regulatory matters, healthcare law and governance.
